Right to return goods

In accordance with the law of the Russian Federation on Protection of consumersrights you have the right to refuse the goods of the proper quality at any time before its receipt, at the moment of delivery of goods by courier, and also after receiving-within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Reasons to return from the buyer:

  • Not approached size, fit, color, length, etc.

Conditions of return of goods of the proper quality:

  • The goods were not in use;
  • Consumer properties and marketable appearance (labels; labels containing product characteristics; original packaging);
  • Filled in the return form.

The goods supplied in the kit must be returned as well. At return of goods of the proper quality the cost of delivery and commission for transfer of payment are not reimbursed. In case of incorrect order picking or defect, the cost of return delivery by Russian post is paid by the seller. Goods of the proper quality are not subject to return, according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 N 55 (seelist).

Since your goods were delivered by courier (DPD, Sdek) or received at the Post office of Russia, the point of issue of orders (Postoma) Boxberry and PickPoint, then you need to make a return parcel (type of transport-ground) and send mail to Russia.

(!) Please do not send the parcel to the cod or the package.

In order to initiate a return procedure on our side, please follow the following points:
1. Fill in the “Return application”.
2. Attach a commodity or cash receipt.
3. Attach a copy of your passport (its main reversal).
4. Enclose the product in the package.
5. Return of goods is carried out at the address:—————-.

Refund

In most cases, the refund method will be the same as the payment method you previously selected.

If you have paid the order with a bank card in the checkout section of our online store, the refund will be made to the same bank card from which the payment was made, within 10 days from the date of receipt to us of the return Product.

If you have received an order through a courier (DPD) or in points self-delivery (Picpoint, Boxberry, DPD), the value of the returned goods will be sent by mail to your postal address specified in the refund application within 10 days from the date Receipt of return goods.

Please pay attention to the important detail: if you are returning goods of improper quality, the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you by postal order at your address specified in the application for refund. The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment of receipt of your parcel to the return address of our Fullfield operator.

We ask you to provide a cheque issued to you when sending a parcel to the post office of Russia, one of the ways:

  • Send an electronic scan-copy of the cheque to the address manager@slavna.me
  • Attach a copy of the cheque to the post.
